Made with an aluminium impact bonded encapsulated base, the Baccarat Capri 4.9L/28cm Oven Pan with Lid is a perfect piece of cookware for daily use. This means that the base has a heavy 5mm aluminium core surrounded by an 18/0 stainless steel protective layer alongside the 18/10 stainless steel body.
 
With this design, heat distribution is rapid and even with minimal heat spots. The mirror shine outer is complemented with a satin interior (with capacity markings) that is easy to keep clean.
 
The Baccarat Capri 4.9L/28cm Oven Pan comes with a matching lid. It has a domed glass design with steam release vents.
 
The handles on the lid and the body of the pan are ergonomically designed from cast stainless steel and silicone for comfortable lifting.
 
It is suitable for all heat sources including induction plus it is dishwasher and oven (180C) safe.
